Posh Piggies
Posh Piggies are a sophisticated spin on the classic pigs in a blanket, featuring smoky sausage pieces coated in a sweet and spicy strawberry jelly-Sriracha glaze. Each piece is wrapped in golden, flaky puff pastry and secured with a wooden toothpick for easy serving. After baking to crispy perfection, they’re garnished with fresh parsley leaves and a juicy grape tomato, adding a burst of color and flavor.
